Your speakers are only rated to 150W and 120 W respectively. I am assuming you have 5 speakers?

I think Krell and Mc and Classe are overkill unless you will be upgrading your speakers. I'd recommend a Rotel RMB-1075.

Rotel RMB-1095 will wake your current & any future speakers up very nicely!

As far as I'm concerned there is no such thing as too much power when driving speakers! :B

          :agree:
Unless you plan on upgrading your speakers, Rotel is a great choice. While, you'd probably not regret a better amp, you'd not take full advantage of it from those speakers (no offense, they are nice, just not at the Krell or Classe level). Even if you upgraded to the 700 series or maybe even an 804 based speaker set, you'd still get pretty good performance from the Rotel.

Ditto. I have a set of the 602's in a spare room powered by a 1070 amp and preamp. Great combo, If I were to go to a Mac or Krell I would move up to the 800 series, for sure. With that Rotel and your B&W combo, you'll hear everything and anything that source material had on it, no problem. The RB1080 would be a good choice.

Amp - Krell, Halo, Parasound, Rotel?
              by VictorHRS
Hi there! This is my first post in this forum. I have appreciated it for a long time, but just as an observer. As you can see, I live in Brasil, which is not a good place to live if you like high quality audio. Everything is very expensive due to import taxes, and many brands aren't easily available...

              New Krell Showcase pieces!
              by Lex
Anybody seen or read up on the new Krell Showcase pre-processor and amplifier? Looks to be a real competitor coming in at 4K for the pre-pro fully decked out with balanced inputs and outputs. Of course, the normal plethora of sound processing is standard, RS-232 for software updates, stainless front,...

I've been diligently reading the Rotel Forum, and you guys truly know your stuff. I'm gosh darn (insert proper expletives) impressed.

Here's my deal, I'm about to go down the road to separates. After reading all that was written here and elsewhere, I'm convinced it's what I'm looking...

Audio opinions needed on Krell CAST & Current Mode technology
              by ShadowZA
I'm looking for any opinions (based on personal experience) out there on audio comparatives on Krell systems between utilising Krell's CAST & Current Mode technologies and not using them (and rather going with balanced connections).

For information purposes, the following information...

I'm on "final approach" with regard to my proccessor upgrade.

My shortlist consisted of 3 processors:

              - Meridian G61
              - Krell Showcase processor
              - Krell HTS

The Meridian G61 processor is not my favourite at the moment for the following...
